Westport Quay

This project adjoining Westport Quay consists of new streetscape formed around a landscaped inner courtyard. A large supermarket is screened from view under upper level housing. Levels are further exploited to create picturesque streetscape of a scale compatible with surrounding terraced housing. Units are generally duplex with living accommodation at upper levels allowing the roof volume to be incorporated into the main living spaces while increasing sunlight.
