Louisburgh Riverside

This mix of housing and commercial units links Louisburgh town centre with the Bunowen River. The existing town centre streetscape is extended with buildings of modest scale grouped around a landscaped “homezone” courtyard. This building is the first in Louisburgh to form a town edge to the river. The curved Apartment building follows the sweep of the riverbank with large glazed areas exploiting afternoon sun and views over the water.
