House by Sea

This contemporary house is designed to maximise views to the sea and mountains. The semi basement form of the house is low lying to minimise exposure to the prevailing wind. The building form is fragmented to reduce its bulk minimising its impact on a sensitive landscape. On this exposed site materials are low maintenance- render stone powder coated aluminium and zinc.
