Swinford Town Centre

This site on the edge of Swinford town centre has a mix of typical town centre uses (commercial, retail, residential, childcare & medical centre.) The shops & supermarket form an internal street under 1st floor apartments in a new shopping centre. Uses in the centre are carefully controlled to eliminate blank elevations. New town centre streetscape (streets, squares and courtyards) replaces existing low density industrial development. Housing is clustered around a semi-public landscaped courtyard.
