Newport Town Centre Tipperary

This mixed use 20HA Masterplan adjoining the town centre proposes new streets & squares each with its own distinct character. Streets are short and gently curved to provide passive traffic calming, avoid long walking times and provide interest by revealing their length only gradually.. Group car parking is provided to avoid excessive circulation. New links to the existing town increase permeability. The linear park connects the Mulcair and Cully rivers.
