Portwest Headquarters

This 1200 sqm office building is the new corporate headquarters for the Portwest group. It is the first building to be constructed in the new IDA Business and Technology Park in Westport Co. Mayo. The Structure is frameless block work with concrete floors. The building is naturally lit and ventilated. Photo-sensitive lighting responds to changing light levels externally. Interior finishes are natural beech, aluminium, glazing tiling and carpets. Exterior finishes are self coloured render, metal cladding and aluminium glazing.
